LTC REGION 7 FIRSTCALL EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM The FirstCall service is part of an initiative by the Louisiana Board of Regents and supported by the Louisiana Community and Technical College System. Messages to be distributed via text (SMS Number), phone, email. LTC Region 7 has implemented an emergency notification system with the activation of FirstCall – an interactive communications network. The FirstCall system uses voice, email and text messaging (SMS Number) to alert registered users to emergencies on campus.
